DamaReco is an iPhone camera app for saving selected moments from your practice. It has no account registration or advertising. We use Google Firebase Crashlytics to investigate crashes and improve stability, and Google Analytics for Firebase to understand feature usage and improve the app.

Camera access records video. Microphone access records its sound. Photos add permission saves the clips you select to your photo library.

Videos and preferences are handled on your device. In-app video caches normally remain for about 24 hours; older caches may be removed earlier when storage is low. You can also remove them from history. Cache cleanup does not remove videos already saved to Photos, which you can manage in the Photos app.

If you use the system share sheet, the video is sent to the destination you choose and is then subject to that destination's policies. Apple system services, including iCloud Photos and device backups, follow your device settings. The developer has no feature for accessing these videos.

Crashlytics sends crash stack traces, app state and version, device and OS information, and installation identifiers to Google to investigate failures and improve stability. Analytics integration may add a history of actions before a crash (breadcrumbs). The developer does not assign user IDs; SDK identifiers still exist. Recorded video and audio are not uploaded to Crashlytics. Firebase retains crash information and associated identifiers for 90 days before starting removal from live and backup systems. Data may be processed on Google's global infrastructure. See Firebase Privacy and Security and Crashlytics data collection.

Google Analytics for Firebase receives recording, Photos saving, and share preparation events and their outcomes, plus recording quality summaries. Parameters include recording settings, clip duration and dimensions, processing time, permission status, storage capacity categories, frame loss and timing summaries, and categorized error codes. We use these to understand feature usage, improve performance, and investigate failures. These events exclude recorded video and audio, file names and paths, and error messages.

The Analytics SDK generates an app-instance identifier for each installation and handles automatic events such as first launches, app opens, and sessions, along with device, OS, and approximate geography information. This information is sent to Google. Not assigning developer user IDs does not mean collection has no identifiers. See Analytics data collection and automatically collected events.

The normal release app enables Analytics collection at launch. It uses FirebaseAnalyticsCore without IDFA collection capability, disables IDFV collection, and disables advertising personalization by default. These settings do not disable usage measurement or app-instance identifiers. See Firebase collection settings.
